Sinopsis:

Pemuda penakut bernama Columbus (Jesse Eisenberg) terpaksa bergabung bersama pembasmi zombie dadakan bernama Tallahassee (Woody Harrelson). Saat Tallahassee sedang dalam misi mencari Twinkie yang tersisa di bumi, keduanya bertemu dengan Wichita (Emma Stone) dan Little Rock (Abigail Bresiln), kakak beradik yang sudah bersembunyi di banyak tempat untuk terhindar dari kekacauan ini. Bersama-sama berjuang melawan para mayat hidup, dan menggunakan setiap kesempatan bersenang-senang sebaik mungkin.
