GMapCatcher is online/offline maps viewer enables you to view download map tiles from a variety of providers, including Google, Yahoo, OpenStreetMaps and others. You can download your maps and save them to your local hard drive, which allows you to browse your saved locations even while you are offline. Other features include support for zooming, custom markers, adjustable map sizes and export to PNG image.

GMapCatcher is an offline maps viewer. It downloads CloudMade, OpenStreetMap or Google Map tiles automatically, display them using a specific GUI.

User can view the maps while offline. GMapCatcher doesn't depend on google-map's java scripts so it should work even if google changes them. It also provides a downloading tool.
